Uploading Photos
Photos can help MO&MA understand a maintenance issue or property condition. When uploading photos:
-
Photograph the maintenance problem clearly.
-
Avoid including unrelated personal information where possible.
-
Avoid photographing identity documents, payment information, passwords or security credentials.
-
Only upload images relevant to the property support request.

Tenant and Occupant Information
Where tenant or occupant details are provided, they should be limited to information relevant to property maintenance communication, access or coordination. Property registration should only include contact information that the person completing the form is authorised to provide.

Agents, Landlords and Authorised Representatives
Agents, landlords, property owners and authorised representatives should provide only the information needed to identify the property, establish the relevant contacts and coordinate property support. Do not provide financial account details, identity documents or unnecessary personal records in general Property Support forms.

Property Records and Access
Do not assume that all historic work is automatically available or that every user can currently view a complete property history online. Role-based access and record-level permissions are part of the platform implementation and should not be assumed fully operational until configured.
As MO&MA Property Support develops, relevant maintenance information may progressively be organised around the registered property to support clearer service records. This may include reported maintenance issues, relevant photos, completed work information, inspection notes and maintenance-related documents.
QR-Based Reporting
As the platform develops, property QR codes are intended to help identify the correct registered property before an issue is reported. A property QR code should identify the relevant property support route; it should not display private landlord, tenant or internal operational information publicly.
