Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2026
This policy explains how MO&MA LTD (“MO&MA”, “we”, “us”) uses personal information collected through this website. MO&MA LTD is the controller of that information.
Who we are
MO&MA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15816132.
Registered office: 405-407 Derby Street, Bolton, England, BL3 6LT (registered office only; this is not a property we manage).
Contact for privacy questions and requests: info@moma-uk.com.
Information we collect
Enquiries. When you use the Contact & Enquiries form we collect what you enter: the type and subject of your enquiry, your message, any quote details (service needed, number of properties, timescale), your full name, email address, and, if you choose to give them, your telephone number, company or organisation and postcode, plus your preferred contact method and your confirmation that you have read this policy.
Website use. Our website platform, Wix, automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type and the pages you visit, so that the site can be delivered, kept secure and protected against abuse. See our Cookie Policy for the cookies involved.
Authorised user accounts. Member accounts are used only by MO&MA staff and users we have approved. New sign-ups are not active until we approve them. Account details (such as name, email address and login records) are processed by Wix to provide the login.
The MO&MA Client Portal (online issue reporting, request tracking and registration) is not open to the public yet. We will update this policy before it opens.
How and why we use it
To read and reply to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a quote. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where you ask about our services, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
To run, secure and protect the website and prevent spam and misuse, based on our legitimate interest in operating a safe website.
To meet legal or regulatory obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not make decisions about you by automated means.
Who we share it with
Wix.com Ltd hosts this website and stores enquiry records and account data on our behalf.
Google provides our business email (Google Workspace), which we use when we reply to you. The page designs also load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser information.
Professional advisers, or public authorities where the law requires it.
Our staff tools can check information on public registers (for example the Care Quality Commission, Food Standards Agency and Environment Agency registers and postcode data from postcodes.io) to verify organisations and addresses. Only the search details needed for the check are sent.
International transfers
Wix and Google may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, they rely on the transfer safeguards described in their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and we review them periodically. Automatic deletion is not yet switched on; you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time. Account records are kept while the account is in use.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, object to our use of it, and ask for it to be transferred. To make a request, email info@moma-uk.com. We may need to confirm your identity.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our services or the way we use information changes, for example before the Client Portal opens.
